Systems Trainer

Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Systems trainer to join our hospitality services department based in our European headquarters in Reading. SoftBrands is a global leader in providing software solutions to the hospitality industry. More than 4000 customers in 100 countries across the globe now actively use SoftBrands’ hospitality products. SoftBrands delivers end-to-end enterprise solutions for independent & group hotels, management companies and diverse lodging operations.

Role:

  • Managing onsite installation and customer training to a high standard
  • Test and maintains training software
  • Preparation of reports and training manuals to company standards
  • Extensive Travel

Key skill / experience requirements:

  • A good understanding of SoftBrands products would be an advantage, but full training will be provided
  • You should be experienced in hotel operations, have a flair for training and enjoy working with people
  • Proactive problem solver with a highly motivated and organised approach to work and the ability to demonstrate initiative and deal with situations as they arise
  • Good levels of written and verbal communication
  • Ability to interact well with customers
  • Good PC skills
  • Applicants must also hold a full driving licence
