Summary:This is a great opportunity for a self motivated individual to work within our hospitality customer support department based in our European headquarters in Reading.
Key skill requirements are:
- Good levels of written and verbal communication
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Experience in a hospitality managerial role
- Ability to interact well with customers and to resolve issues
- Providing software support to worldwide customers
- Analysis of software problems
- Providing workarounds for client issues
- Providing assistance to worldwide first line support team
- Accurate recording of data within support desk system
- Provide written data, documenting issues, problems and solutions for publication in Customer Support
- Good level of education
- Good PC skills
Applicants should have the aptitude to learn the following skills:
- Advance application product support
- Advance technical skills including SQL Scripting and Database programming
